WED

Every Wednesday · 6:30pm

Wednesday Club Night

Goole Town CC, Westfield, Carr Lane, Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 6NF. A social run, 20 minutes out and back, with a social at the cricket club afterwards.

Leading LadiesA women-only group sets off from the cricket club alongside the Wednesday club run — for anyone who'd feel more comfortable running with other women. Through the darker winter months it's a safe way to get out with a group rather than running alone.

Friday Morning Club

Goole Leisure Centre car park. Five miles down the riverbank at whatever pace the group feels comfortable with.

Every Saturday · Before parkrun

Saturday Long Run

Details on Spond and Facebook each week. A morning long run with various distances and pace groups, taking place before Goole parkrun.

Track dates, session changes and special events are posted on Facebook and, for members, Spond.
